The buyer currently operates a warehouse in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and may establish an additional warehouse in Southeast Asia, depending on sourcing requirements. Material is delivered to the designated warehouse for inspection, sampling, and assay verification. Upon acceptance, the buyer releases 95% of the payment. The cargo is then shipped to China for final assay, with the remaining 5% paid after confirmation that the results comply with the agreed specifications.
