Brumby Resources Ltd has confirmed high-grade manganese between 17% and 39% at the Oakover project in Western Australia's Pilbara region.

The previously-defined Landsat and HEM (heli-electro magnetic) targets occur over an 8km strike length.

Brumby will follow up the results as soon as possible, with plans for a first-stage scout drilling program in the first half of calendar 2010.
