Source: Steelprices Europe

European steel players are anxiously waiting for new prices to be announced by Russian and Ukrainian mills for 2nd quarter deliveries.

Rumours are anticipating that mills would have decided to sharply increase prices on all products with HRC offered at EUR 500 per tonne and CRC at EUR 600 per tonne CFR FO main EU ports.

Italian domestic producer Riva is presently not offering, waiting for development which is further putting pressure on market and buyers.

Decisions from Russian and Ukraine Mills are expected before end of this week.
