Chromex Mining has received encouraging results from platinum group elements testwork conducted on its 271 hectare Stellite 255JQ farm.
This is on the Western Limb of the Bushveld complex in South Africa where the firm is currently mining chrome.
It says a study is now under way to determine the economics of adding a PGE floatation plant to treat the tailings arising from the gravity concentration plant at Stellite.
