Source: Metals Place

Prices of high-carbon ferro-chrome in China are set to increase to $1,320/mt on firm ore prices and demand from stainless steel mills, according to sources.

"Production costs are going to be close to 9,000 yuan per mt if calculated using current spot ore prices," said a trader in Shanghai, adding that this was likely to happen in March or April.
