It had planned to produce 19,200 tonnes of titanium last year after cutting output to 26,600 tonnes in 2008. The company had to postpone to 2014 a major output expansion plan to 44,000 tonnes to 46,000 tonnes initially targeted for 2012 due to the financial crisis.
