Peak Resources has received a preliminary petrology report for the Pingandy prospect, Ashburton project, Western Australia, from which a rock chip assaying 44.5 per cent titanium dioxide was returned.
Peak is to undertake further sampling and mapping work within in the region from which the exceptionally highly anomalous results was obtained.
Anomalous rock chips being returned over a strike length of 10km with numerous highly anomalous assay results including iron (59pc), lead (+1pc), silver (46.5ppm ), manganese (29pc) as well as elevated barium, zinc and cobalt.
Geochemical and geophysical anomalies are all co-incidental. – RWE
